Sweet & Sour Mango Chutney

Lets see how to make it

Wash, Peel & Chop 3 medium sized Mangoes.

Heat 2 tsp Desi Ghee in a large Kadai.

Add 1 tbsp Panch Phoron. Stir well.

Add 1 dry red chilli. Stir well.

Add mango pieces. Stir well and cook on low to medium flame.

After 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup water.

Cover Lid & cook on medium flame for 4 minutes.

Add 2 cups Jaggery & 1/4 tsp rock salt.

Stir and let jaggery melt to form a thick syrup.

Serve with Roti & Parathas. Enjoy!
