Aam Papad Recipe: Learn how to make Mango Papad in 10 steps.

Take out pulp from 1.5 kg of Mangoes.

Add to a jar and grind till Puree like consistency.

Transfer the Mango Puree to a large bowl.

Add 2 cup of Sugar to the Kadai and mix well. Cook on medium flame.

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice after cooking for 8minutes.

We will get the perfect consistency after cooking for 8 minutes.

Grease a plate or tray with desi ghee. Spread the Puree.

Let it dry for a day at room temperature under a fan 

Cut from edges and peel it gently.

You can cut it in any shape you like or use a food wrap to store it for later use.
