Mango lassi or Aam Lassi is a creamy and thick yogurt based summer drink made with Ripe Mangoes. Let's see how to make Mango Lassi at home.
Wash, Cut and Chop 1.5 cups of Ripe Mangoes. Use Alphonso Mangoes.
Add the Mango pieces to a Grinding Jar
Add 1/2 cup of Sugar/Stevia to the Jar.
Add 10-12 ice cubes to the jar.
Add a few Saffron strands.
Peel & add 2 green cardamom to the jar.
Grind to a fine paste like consistency.
Add 2 cup of fresh Curd to the jar.
Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour in a glass.
Garnish with nuts, saffron & Mango chunks.
