– 1/4 cup cashew – 1/4 cup almonds – 1/4 cup raisins – 2 tbsp poppy seeds(khas khas) – 1-2 tbsp pistachios – 15 rose petals – 2-3 tbsp melon seeds – 1 tbsp fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp saffron – 7-8 cardamom – 12-15 black pepper – warm water – 3 cups of cold milk – 1/2 cup sugar

Ingredients for Thandai

Soak in warm water for 2-3 hours or overnight

Add in a blender.

Grind to a paste like consistency.

Add cold milk and mix well.

Add sugar and grind well.

Pour in a glass. Garnish with Pista, Saffron strands, and Rose Petals.

Serve it Chilled.
