– 1/4 cup cashew– 1/4 cup almonds– 1/4 cup raisins– 2 tbsp poppy seeds(khas khas)– 1-2 tbsp pistachios– 15 rose petals– 2-3 tbsp melon seeds– 1 tbsp fennel seeds– 1/2 tsp saffron– 7-8 cardamom– 12-15 black pepper– warm water– 3 cups of cold milk– 1/2 cup sugar
Ingredients for Thandai
Soak in warm water for 2-3 hours or overnight
Add in a blender.
Grind to a paste like consistency.
Add cold milk and mix well.
Add sugar and grind well.
Pour in a glass. Garnish with Pista, Saffron strands, and Rose Petals.
