Making Hung Curd or Greek Yogurt at home is really easy.  Let's find out in 10 easy steps.

Place a strainer over a mixing bowl.

Place a Muslin cloth and pour 800 gm fresh Curd.

Squeeze out excess water.

Discard the water and Keep the mixture on the strainer itself.

Press the mixture with a heavy object to remove any leftover moisture.

Refrigerate overnight.

You can use the whey liquid in other recipes such as Dough.

Unwrap the cloth. The Hung curd (Greek Yogurt) is ready. Whisk and serve.

You can also use Hung curd to make other dishes such as Shrikhand.
