Take Cream (Malai)

Add to a Grinding Jar.

Add 10 ice cubes

Add 1/2 cup water

Blend 30 sec, add 1 cup cold water.

Blend 30 sec until butter separates.

Shape & Squeeze out the excess liquid

Transfer to an ice water bowl.

Wash and squeeze the butter.

Take a butter paper. Spread the butter

Fold the paper from all sides

Refrigerate for half an hour

Cut the block into any shape
