Learn How To Make Aam ras from Mango Pulp at home.
Take 700 gm of Ripe & Sweet Mangoes.
Press to soften them up.
Cut off the tip.
Squeeze out the pulp.
Mix with your hands or using a whisker.
Add 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, and 1/2 tsp Saffron strands.
Mix and scrap the sides.
Refrigerate for an hour for a thicker consistency.
Serve with Poori. Enjoy
