Aalu Kachalu Recipe

- 4 green chilli
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 10 garlic cloves

- 7 potatoes(boiled and chopped)
- 5-6 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Everest meat masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
Grind the spices and pour the paste in a bowl and keep it aside.
Take the boiled and chopped potatoes.
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Add cumin and chopped onion. Saute on medium flame.
Add grated ginger and saute the mixture until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the paste and stir it on low flame.
Add fresh peas.
Add turmeric powder, salt as per taste, red chilli powder. Mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add meat masala and garam masala. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Add potatoes and mix well. Cover the lid for 2 minutes so that the potatoes gets coated with the spices.
Serve it hot.
