Take 3 Raw Green Mangoes and Wash them properly.
Add the mangoes in a pressure cooker and add water. Cook until 3 whistles on medium flame.
Let the mangoes cool. Peel the cooked Mangoes.
Cut the mangoes into small pieces and add them to a grinding jar.
Add mint leaves, ginger green chilli, lemon juice and black salt to the jar.
Add 1 cup water and blend it.
Add 2 glass of water and blend it.
Add roasted cumin powder and ice cubes in a glass.
Pour the chilled Aam Panna. Garnish with mint leaves.
