Aam Panna Recipe

Aam Panna is a very healthy drink made during the summer season. Make this refreshing Aam Panna recipe with raw mangoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Raw Mango
  • 2 cup water
  • 12-15 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

Instructions
 

  • Take 3 Raw Green Mangoes and Wash them properly.
  • Add the mangoes in a pressure cooker and add water. Cook until 3 whistles on medium flame.
  • Let the mangoes cool. Peel the cooked Mangoes.
  • Cut the mangoes into small pieces and add them to a grinding jar.
  • Add mint leaves, ginger green chilli, lemon juice and black salt to the jar.
  • Add 1 cup water and blend it.
  • Add 2 glass of water and blend it.
  • Add roasted cumin powder and ice cubes in a glass.
  • Pour the chilled Aam Panna. Garnish with mint leaves.
