Take 3 Raw Green Mangoes and wash them properly. The Mangoes should not be smaller in size. Take slightly larger mangoes. It would be great if the Mangoes had the seeds inside.
Take a pressure cooker. Add the mangoes to the pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water. Close the lid of the cooker and Cook until 3 whistles on medium flame.
Let the pressure in the cooker go away and the cooker cool down before opening the lid. Take out the Mangoes on a plate. Let the mangoes cool and then peel the layers.

Add 12-15 mint leaves, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 green chilli, 1/2 lemon juice, and 1 tbsp black salt to the jar.
Add 1 cup of water to the grinding jar and blend it with the spices. A fine paste would be ready.
