Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.
Prepare small balls from dough to make samosas.
Roll into oval shape about 8 inches long and 6 inches wide.
Cut from the middle to divide it into two equal parts.
Apply water on the edges.
Join the edges together to make a cone like shape.
Fill samosa masala in the cone. Apply water on the edges to seal it. Make a pleat.
The samosas are ready to fry now.
Heat oil in a kadai or pan to fry the samosas on low flame.
Put samosas one at a time in the pan when you see light bubbles.
Keep stirring occasionally and fry them.
Samosas will take time to fry. Keep flipping and stirring. Be patient and fry until they turn golden brown.
Serve the samosa with green chutney or tomato sauce. Enjoy!
