Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
  • 3 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • water as required

Instructions
 

  • Take 3 cups of besan(gram flour).
  • Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder.
  • Gradually add water as required. Mix well and hand whisk to prepare a smooth thin batter. Keep it aside.
  • Heat a non stick pan. Grease it evenly with oil.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook on medium to high flame.
  • Flip it once bubbles start forming and it becomes dry and the bottom side becomes golden brown.
  • Pour a little oil around the edges and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side also gets dry and turns golden brown.
  • Serve it with green chutney or yogurt.
