3 cup Besan (Gram Flour) 3 chopped onion 3 chopped green chilli 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves salt to taste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp chilli powder water as required
Take 3 cups of besan(gram flour).
Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves.
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder.
Gradually add water as required. Mix well and hand whisk to prepare a smooth thin batter. Keep it aside.
Heat a non stick pan. Grease it evenly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook on medium to high flame.
Flip it once bubbles start forming and it becomes dry and the bottom side becomes golden brown.
Pour a little oil around the edges and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side also gets dry and turns golden brown.
Serve it with green chutney or yogurt.
