To make Black Tea, take a saucepan and pour in 2 cups of water. Let it heat. We’re using 1 cup of water for 1 cup of tea, but you can adjust the amount of water based on your preference.
As soon as the water gets heated slightly, we will add 2 tsp of tea powder. For 1 cup of tea, we are taking 1 tsp of tea powder.
Add 2 green cardamom. First, crush the cardamoms and then add them.
Next, add ½ inch of ginger. Wash it well first, then grate it and add it to the mixture.
Next, we will add 5-7 fresh Tulsi leaves.
Now, let it come to a boil. After a boil, turn the flame to medium and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
After cooking for 2-3 minutes, I’ve added Jaggery just for taste. It is also very healthy, so you can either add it or skip it.
After cooking for 5-6 minutes, we will strain the tea.
