chopped coriander leaves

chopped green chilli

Instructions
Cut the boiled eggs into halves.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai/wok over medium heat.
Place boiled eggs into the hot oil. Fry the eggs on medium heat until the eggs are golden brown.
Flip the eggs over and fry for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black salt and flip over the eggs.
Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves, green chilli and onion.
Serve it hot along with rice, roti or bread. Enjoy.
