Boiled Egg Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 chopped onion
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the boiled eggs into halves.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai/wok over medium heat.
  • Place boiled eggs into the hot oil. Fry the eggs on medium heat until the eggs are golden brown.
  • Flip the eggs over and fry for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black salt and flip over the eggs.
  • Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves, green chilli and onion.
  • Serve it hot along with rice, roti or bread. Enjoy.
