Take a small tea pan. Add 1.5 cups of full-fat milk.
Also, add ½ cup of water to the pan.
Put the pan on the gas and turn on the flame. Add 1 tbsp of tea leaves.
Add 2 tbsp of Sugar. You can skip sugar and add any sweetener you prefer.
Take 3 whole Green Cardamom and add to a mortar.
Now, crush it gently with a Pestle. You can also add ½ tsp Green Cardamom powder if you don’t have the whole cardamom.
Add the powder to the pan and mix with a spoon. Green Cardamom gives the tea an aromatic flavor.
Let it cook until a boil.
After a boil comes, turn the flame to low to medium and let the tea cook for 5 minutes.
The tea has been cooked and is of a nice color. Turn off the flame.
Strain into a normal teacup or in a Kulhad.
Serve with Cookies, Rusk and Namkeen.
