- 3 Ripe Bananas peeled and cut into large pieces
- 4 Dates with the seeds removed, for natural sweetness
- Approximately 3 cups of Coconut Milk use homemade coconut milk
- Dry Fruits Cashews, almonds, and raisins, for optional garnish
Prepare the Blender: Take a large blending or grinding jar.
Add Ingredients: Transfer the cut bananas and the de-seeded dates into the blender jar. The dates are used to provide all the necessary sweetness.
Pour Milk: Add about 3 cups of coconut milk to the jar.
