To make condensed milk, take a Pan. Add a little water.
Next, add 1/2 liter of milk to the Pan.
Stir gently and let the milk boil on a high flame.
When the milk boils, turn the flame to medium, and add 6-7 tbsp sugar.
Keep stirring the mixture gently.
Now, as you can see the mixture has reduced a little. Add 2 pinch baking soda.
Keep stirring the mixture. Keep in mind that after adding baking soda, the mixture will come up so turn the flame to slightly less than medium.
The mixture will start to thicken so stir continuously and let it thicken.
The condensed milk is ready. Check the thick and creamy consistency.
Transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours or you can also keep it at room temperature to let it cool down. After cooling down, it will get more thicker.
