Heat 4-5 tbsp oil on high flame. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger and 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic and 3 chopped green chilli. Saute on high flame.
Add 1 large size chopped onion.Saute it on high flame.
Add 1 chopped capsicum and saute on high flame for a minute.
Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Turn the flame to low and saute for a minute. Mix well.
Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce and 1 tsp tomato ketchup. Mix well.
Cook on low flame for a minute. Add 1/2 cup water. Wait for 1 boil.
Prepare a corn flour slurry by mixing 1 tbsp of cornflour with 3 tbsp water.After a boil, add the corn flour slurry.
Keep stirring and cook the sauce. Add chopped spring onion.
Once the gravy gets thick,turn off the flame,and then add the Manchurian Balls to the mixture. Mix them well.
Serve it hot with Fried Rice.
