Boil 4 Eggs and chop the white part into small pieces.
Take ¼ cup of Besan in a Mixing Bowl, add 3 tbsp Cornflour, Egg yolks, ½ tsp Garam Masala, ½ tsp Red chilli flakes/Red chilli powder, 1 tbsp crushed Ginger, Garlic, 1 chopped green chilli.
Mix everything well. Add salt as per taste.
Take 1 Raw Egg and beat it.
Add it to the Bowl and mix it well. You need the consistency where we can make small balls out of the mixture.
Heat 1-1.5 cups of Refined oil on a high flame.
Once the oil is hot, prepare small balls from the mixture and add them to the Kadai to fry them on medium flame.
When one side gets fried, flip it to the other to fry it.
Fry the other pieces in the same manner and keep them aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Kadai, add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, ½ chopped green chilli, and 1 chopped onion. Saute on high flame. Add 2 red chilli and 2 green chilli. Roast on high flame for a minute until the onion gets fried.
Turn the flame to low. Add 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp Soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, ½ tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tsp salt. Cook on low flame.
Prepare a cornflour slurry by mixing 1 tsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water and add it to the mixture. Mix well and cook for a minute on low flame.
After a minute, add the fried egg balls to the mixture and mix it well with the sauces.
