Take a mixing bowl and break three eggs.
Add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, and 1 tbsp coriander leaves. You can also adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing green chilli.
Whisk it using a hand whisker to prepare a smooth mixture for the Omlette. Keep it aside.
Next, take a Pan and add 1 tbsp butter. Spread the butter evenly.
Pour the Omelette mixture into the Pan. Shake it a little and Cook it on low flame.
Once the Omelette gets cooked and dry from one side, flip it to the other side to cook to the other side too.
As you can see, the top side has cooked very well. Cook the other side too.
The other side will get cooked too in a few minutes.
Pour the delicious Omelette into a serving plate along with tomato ketchup and serve it. Enjoy.
