Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and break three eggs.
  • Add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, and 1 tbsp coriander leaves. You can also adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing green chilli.
  • Whisk it using a hand whisker to prepare a smooth mixture for the Omlette. Keep it aside.
  • Next, take a Pan and add 1 tbsp butter. Spread the butter evenly.
  • Pour the Omelette mixture into the Pan. Shake it a little and Cook it on low flame.
  • Once the Omelette gets cooked and dry from one side, flip it to the other side to cook to the other side too.
  • As you can see, the top side has cooked very well. Cook the other side too.
  • The other side will get cooked too in a few minutes.
  • Pour the delicious Omelette into a serving plate along with tomato ketchup and serve it. Enjoy.
