Take coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger and green chilli and grind it by mixing with some water. keep the mixture aside.
Cut the boiled eggs in half.
Heat oil in a kadai or a tawa on medium flame.
Place the eggs in the kadai. The side with the yolk exposed should be down.
Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli and fry on medium flame.
Flip the eggs, fry them on both sides, and take them out.
Add oil, cumin, and chopped onion, fry them until they become soft or onion becomes golden brown.
Add the mixture that was kept aside. Stir frequently and cook on medium flame.
Add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Mix and cook well on low flame.
After cooking for 3-4 minutes, add garlic cloves. Mix well and add water as required or the consistency you need and cook on medium flame. Stir frequently.
Add coriander leaves to enhance the taste and turn off the flame.
Pour the mixture into a tawa/pan on low to medium flame.
Add the fried eggs. Add some coriander leaves, flip the eggs, and cook both sides.
Turn off the flame and add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with roti, rice, pav. Enjoy!
