Pancakes is a very popular breakfast that is enjoyed all over the world. In this Eggless pancake recipe, I'll show you how to make delicious and simple Pancakes without eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp cream/condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • butter as required
  • 2 tsp honey optional
  • 2 cherry optional

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 tbsp butter with 4 tbsp condensed milk in a mixing bowl and using a whisker, mix everything well.
  • Add 1 cup all-purpose flour and 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
  • Gradually start adding 1 cup of whole milk to make pancake batter.
  • Add 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tsp baking soda.
  • Add milk until you get the desired consistency.
  • Heat a pan and grease it with butter.
  • Add 2 tbsp of batter and cook on low flame until it turns golden brown on both sides.
  • Garnish with honey and cherry(optional). Enjoy.

Notes

You can also use brown sugar for making the pancakes.
Baking soda makes the pancakes fluffy. You can skip it if you are using baking powder.
You can also use skimmed milk, whole milk or buttermilk. Buttermilk gives a better taste to pancakes and adds more flavor to the pancake.
You can also use ghee instead of butter as it contains healthy fat and is also cholesterol free.
