This Pizza Recipe shows how to make Bread Pizza without an oven, and without Pizza Dough using large Flat Bread slices.

Ingredients
  

  • Butter
  • Large Bread Slices
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Corn
  • 1 tbsp Olives
  • Mayonnaise
  • Red Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • To make bread pizza, take a plate of the desired size for the pizza you want to make, and grease it with butter.
  • Place the bread slice on the plate, and apply Pizza sauce on it. This is a homemade Pizza sauce, which you can check out.
  • Now, apply the Mozzarella cheese on the bread slice.
  • Next, top it up with the veggies you like, such as Capsicum, onions, tomatoes, corn, and olives.
  • Next, we will apply a layer of Mayonnaise on top of the veggies.
  • Next, we will spread Mozzarella cheese on top again.
  • Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano. Our Bread Pizza is ready to bake now.
  • We will put salt in a Kadai, close the lid, and heat it for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
  • Now, carefully place a small steel bowl in the middle of the Kadai, then place the pizza plate on it. Close the lid, and bake it for 15 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • After 15 minutes, you can remove the lid to check the perfectly baked pizza. The bottom is also not burnt, making it in the Kadai.
  • Cut into any shape you like or serve it whole. You can also use the homemade Pizza Dough if you want to use that instead of bread.
  • Enjoy the delicious Bread Pizza.
