Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes - 4 Medium sized
  • Water - 1 Liter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 inch grated cheese cube
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp oil to coat the fries
  • Oil for Frying

Instructions
 

  • To make cheesy garlic potato fries, take 4 medium-sized potatoes. Peel the outer layer.
  • Cut the Potatoes into large pieces. Please don’t cut them thin.
  • Keep the pieces in a bowl and wash them properly 4-5 times to remove starch until the water gets cleared.
  • Heat 1 liter of water in a pot. Add 1 tsp salt and all the potato pieces. Stir and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes on high flame.
  • After 5 minutes, take the potato pieces out.
  • Place them on a kitchen towel. Let them dry.
  • Take a large bowl. Add 4 tbsp corn flour, 4 tbsp bread crumbs, ½ tsp Oregano, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 inch grated cheese cube, and ½ tsp garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Add all the potato pieces.
  • Add 2 tbsp oil and coat the potato pieces with the mixture.
  • Heat Oil in a Kadai to fry the potatoes. As soon as the oil is heated, add the potato pieces.
  • Fry the pieces by constantly stirring and flipping.
  • Take the pieces out using a strainer.
  • Place them on a plate and you can use tissue to absorb the excess oil or use an air fryer instead.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup and sauce. Enjoy.
