- 1/2 cup Gud Jaggery/Jaggery Powder
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 glasses of chilled water
To make Gud Sharbat or Jaggery Juice, take a large grinding jar and add 1/2 cup of Gud. You can also add Jaggery powder.
Add 2 tbsp of Mint leaves to the jar.
Add 1 tsp of Black salt to the jar.
Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to the jar.
Add 2 glasses of chilled water.
Blend to mix everything.
Serve it chilled in large glasses with ice cubes. Enjoy!
