Homemade Choco Vanilla Ice Cream Cone

Make a delicious Choco Vanilla Cone Ice cream at home with just black compound, vanilla ice cream, and choco chips.

Ingredients
  

  • Dark Chocolate/Compound
  • 1 glass Warm Water
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • Few Chocolate Chips

  • To make Cornetto ice cream at home, take a Piping bag. You can easily get it from any bakery store or online. We also need any dark chocolate or take dark compound like me.
  • Put the dark chocolate into the piping bag. Put as much chocolate into the bag as you want the size of the cone of Cornetto to be.
  • Take warm water in a glass and put the bag into it to melt the chocolate. Keep it aside for a few minutes.
  • The next step is to make a paper cone just like we used to do in our childhood. Stick the end with glue to let it hold together. Put the cone in another glass.
  • The chocolate has melted in the time being and so let it cool down a bit at room temperature. Spread the chocolate thinly inside the piping bag.
  • Lift the piping bag slowly, and put the bag inside the paper cone that we made, and refrigerate or put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set it well.
  • Take whipping cream in a large bowl, and whip it well for a few minutes. Then add condensed milk as a sweetener for the ice cream, and 1 tbsp vanilla essence.
  • Whip again for a few minutes to ready the vanilla ice cream. I took 1/2 cup of cream for this.
  • Take a piping bag, fill it with the cream that we just made.
  • Now, take the chocolate piping bag out of the refrigerator. It has set well by this time. Make a small hole at the bottom of the piping bag that contains the Vanilla ice cream and fill the chocolate piping bag with the ice cream.
  • Add some choco chips on top. There are also homemade chocolate chips that you can make at home.
  • Fold the top of the piping bag and keep it in the refrigerator overnight to set well.
  • Next morning, take out the bag, and you will have the cornet ready. Cut the piping bag to take it out.
  • Enjoy the homemade Cornetto.
