To make the Onion Oil at home, chop 3 medium-sized onions.
Add the chopped onions to a grinding jar. Also, add 7-8 garlic cloves and ½ cup curry leaves.
Grind to get a fine paste-like consistency.
Transfer the mixture to a heavy-bottomed Iron Kadai. Add 1.5 cups of Pure Mustard Oil to the Kadai. You can also use Coconut Oil instead of Mustard oil.
Turn on the gas. Stir well and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
When the color changes to dark, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Sieve it.
Add 3 vitamin capsules into the mixture.
The homemade Onion oil is ready.
