To make Almond milk at home, take ½ cup of almonds in a bowl.
Now, add water to the bowl and soak the almonds overnight.
After keeping it overnight, strain the excess water and wash the almonds 1-2 times properly with fresh water.
Peel the outer layer of almonds. It will be easy as the Almonds swell and get soft after soaking it.
Add the almonds to a grinding jar.
Add 2 cups of water to the jar. The ratio of almonds to water should be 1:4 so for ½ cup almonds, we have added 2 cups of water.
Grind to a lump-free consistency. The creamy and thick Almond milk is ready now.
Place a Strainer over a large bowl and strain the Almond milk of any large chunks. You can use any leftovers in any dish such as cookies.
The thick Almond milk is ready to serve now.
Serve in large glass.
