To make frozen sweet corn at home, first take 1 liter of water in a pot. Heat it on high flame.
Take fresh corn and keep it aside. You can buy fresh corn from market at a very low rate when its in the season.
When the water is heated, add the fresh corn to the pot and let it cook. Stir often.
As the corn gets cooked, it will rise up and come to the top.
Stir and let the corn come on top.
As the water comes to a boil, let the corn boil for 7 minutes on high flame. Stir in between.
After 7 minutes, the homemade frozen sweet corn is ready.
Now, strain it through a sieve.
Your homemade frozen sweet corn is ready.
Let it cool and then store in a ziplock freezer bag. You can use it upto 1 year and in all seasons.
