Wash the Rice thoroughly 3-4 times and keep it aside.
Heat a pressure cooker and add 3-4 tbsp desi ghee.
Once the ghee melts, add cumin and let it fry.
Once the cumin is fried, add the chopped onion and green chillies and cook them for few seconds.
Now add rice in the cooker. Mix well, add salt and cook for 10 seconds.
Add water and mix it well. Now cook on high flame until 1 whistle.
Open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve it hot with Dal Fry and Roti.
