Wash the Rice thoroughly 3-4 times and keep it aside.
Heat a pressure cooker and add 3-4 tbsp desi ghee.
Once the ghee melts, add cumin and let it fry.
Once the cumin is fried, add the chopped onion and green chillies and cook them for a few seconds.
Now add rice to the cooker. Mix well, add salt, and cook for 10 seconds.
Add water and mix it well. Now cook on a high flame until 1 whistle.
Open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with Dal Fry and Roti.
