To make Kada Prasad, take 1 cup of Desi Ghee. Keep 4 tbsp aside now and put the rest in the Pan on a low flame.
Add 1 cup of Whole wheat flour to the Pan.
Mix it well and roast on a low flame.
Stir continuously so that it does not burn.
When it changes color and starts to give an aroma, add 1 cup of sugar.
Stir and mix well. Cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes, then turn off the gas.
Add 1 cup of water and mix well. As it absorbs the water, mix another cup of water, mix everything to let the Flour mixture absorb it.
Continue stirring in the clockwise direction to make a lump-free mixture.
As it gets the halwa-like consistency, add the leftover Desi ghee that we kept aside.
Mix everything well till the Halwa or Prasad gets a fine and smooth texture.
Serve.
