Try this amazing breakfast - Kanda Poha. It is made with Poha, peanuts, onion, potato, and spices.It is very healthy and tastes delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped potato
  • 3-4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 3 tbsp Mustard oil
  • ¼ cup Raw Peanuts
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • To make Poha, take 1 cup of thick Poha.
  • Properly wash the Poha 3-4 times.
  • Chop the following veggies: 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped potato, 3-4 chopped garlic cloves, and 2 chopped green chilli.
  • Heat 2 tbsp Mustard oil in a Kadai. Add ¼ cup Raw Peanuts and roast it. Roast until a crack appears and keep aside. Don’t roast on high flame for too long, or the peanuts will burn.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil in the same Kadai. Add 1 tsp cumin, chopped garlic and potato. Fry the potatoes for a bit to make them crispy and crunchy.
  • Add the chopped onions and green chilli. Mix well.
  • Add salt to taste, and cook for 1-2 minutes on low to medium flame. Now, cover it and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now, add the Poha and mix well. Also, add the roasted peanuts and mix well.
  • The very delicious and healthy morning breakfast made from Poha is ready now. Enjoy.
