Kesar Pista Kulfi Ice cream is a nutty and delicious Kulfi recipe that is made with milk, mawa, sugar, saffron, cardamom and chopped dry fruits and gives a royal feeling.

- 600 ml milk
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped cashew
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Mawa/Khoya
- Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Boil 600 ml milk in a Kadhai/pan. After a boil, stir and mix it well.
Add 1 tsp saffron and 1 tsp cardamom powder for flavor.Cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
Add 2 tbsp chopped cashew, 2 tbsp chopped postachios and 2 tbsp chopped almonds. Mix well and cook for 6-7 minutes. Keep stirring.
Add 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well and Cook for 4-5 minutes
After 4-5 minutes cooking, add 1 cup Mawa/Khoya and let it mix well with the milk.
Once the milk has thickened to a Rabri-like consistency. Turn off the flame. Let it cool at room temperature.
After 1 hour, the base for Kesar Pista Kulfi ice cream is ready.
Pour the base into the molds and freeze overnight.
The delicious Kesar pista Kulfi is ready. Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Enjoy.
