Kulhad wali Chai or Indian Tea is served clay cups which are disposable and the tea(chai) just tastes so much better in these cups

- 1 cup milk full cream
- 2 cup water
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 cardamom
- 1 tbsp tea leaves
- 2-3 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
Heat 1 cup water on medium flame
Add 1 tbsp tea leaves
Add crushed ginger and cardamom paste
Cook for 30 seconds on low to medium flame
Add 1 cup full cream milk
Mix 2-3 tbsp milk powder with 4-5 tbsp water and keep it aside.
Cook tea until 1 boil.
Add the milk powder mixture
Add sugar as per taste.
Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes on low flame
Strain it in a glass or in the kulhad.
Enjoy the tea with pakoras or biscuit.
