Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Chopped Mango
  • 1/2 cup sugar As required
  • 12-15 ice cubes
  • saffron
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 2 cup fresh curd
  • Nuts, Mango chunks, saffron For Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • To make the delicious and creamy Mango Lassi at home, take Ripe Mangoes.
  • Wash the Mangoes. You can also soak the Mangoes in water for 2 hours to get rid of the heat present in them. Cut the Mangoes as you wish.
  • Now, scoop out the pulp using a spoon.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add the mango pulp to the jar.
  • Add ½ cup of normal sugar.
  • Add 10-12 ice cubes.
  • Add a few saffron strands.
  • Remove the outer layer of two green cardamoms and add it to the jar.
  • Grind to a paste-like consistency.
  • Add 2 cup curd to the jar.
  • Blend everything. The Mango lassi is finally ready.
  • Pour in a glass.
  • Garnish with mango chunks, dry fruits such as Pistachios, Almonds, and some saffron strands.
  • You can refrigerate it for 1 hour. It will get thicker and get even more creamier. Serve it chilled.
