To make the delicious and creamy Mango Lassi at home, take Ripe Mangoes.
Wash the Mangoes. You can also soak the Mangoes in water for 2 hours to get rid of the heat present in them. Cut the Mangoes as you wish.
Now, scoop out the pulp using a spoon.
Now, take a grinding jar and add the mango pulp to the jar.
Add ½ cup of normal sugar.
Add 10-12 ice cubes.
Add a few saffron strands.
Remove the outer layer of two green cardamoms and add it to the jar.
Grind to a paste-like consistency.
Add 2 cup curd to the jar.
Blend everything. The Mango lassi is finally ready.
Pour in a glass.
Garnish with mango chunks, dry fruits such as Pistachios, Almonds, and some saffron strands.
You can refrigerate it for 1 hour. It will get thicker and get even more creamier. Serve it chilled.
