Mango Mastani is a very popular Mango Milkshake recipe that uses ripe mango pulp, ice cream, milk and dry fruits to make a creamy and delicious drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 peeled and chopped mangoes for mastani
  • 1 chopped mango chunks for garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Sugar - normal or brown
  • 2 cup cold milk
  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream for mastani
  • chopped dryfruits - almonds, cashew and pisachios
  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream for serving in each glass
  • silver and golden balls for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take 4 ripe sweet mangoes. Wash them properly, then peel and chop into small pieces.
  • Chop 1 mango into small pieces or mango chunks and keep it aside for garnishing
  • Take a grinding jar and add all 4 chopped mango pieces, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 2 cups of cold milk.
  • Blend it to make a smooth paste like consistency.
  • Next, add 2 scoop vanilla ice cream. Blend for 10 seconds. The Mango Mastani shake is ready. Now, we'll serve it.
  • Take a glass and add mango chunks, chopped dryfruits, and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
  • Next, add the mango shake and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream at the top.
  • Garnish with mango chunks and silver, golden balls. Enjoy your thick, creamy and yummy Mango Mastani.
