- 2 Mangoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 3 cup cold milk(boiled)
- 15-20 ice cubes
- pistachios, almonds and rose petals for garnish(optional)
Peel and chop 2 large size mango. Keep it aside.
Take a grinding jar, add the mango pieces, sugar, cardamom powder and grind it into a fine paste.
Add boiled cold milk into the jar.
Add ice cubes and grind it.
The thick and creamy mango milkshake is ready.
Pour in a glass.
Garnish with chopped pistachios, almonds and rose petals. Enjoy
