The Masala Chaas, also known as Indian Spiced Buttermilk, is a delicious drink that is made with curd, spices, and water. It is known for its cooling and digestive properties.

- ½ cup Curd
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 green chilli
- 1/4 cup water
- 1.5 cup chilled water
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Black salt
To make Masala Chaas or Spiced Buttermilk, take ½ cup of Curd in a grinding jar.
Add a handful of Mint Leaves and Coriander leaves in the jar.
Add ½ green chilli to the jar.
Add ¼ cup of water to the jar.
Blend to make a fine paste-like consistency. The spices and herbs will also get grinded.
Add 1.5 cups of chilled water to the jar.
Add 1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
Add black salt as per taste.
Blend to get the perfect consistency.
Pour ice cubes into a glass. Pour the Masala Chaas.
Garnish with roasted Jeera powder and mint leaves. Enjoy.
