Masala Maggi Recipe | Vegetable Maggi Noodles

Mix Maggi Noodles and veggies like onions, tomato, peas and coriander with spices to create a healthier and tastier Vegetable Masala Maggie Noodles recipe.

Instructions
 

  • Take 3 tbsp cooking oil in a Kadai. Let it heat on a medium flame.
  • Once it’s heated, add 1 tbsp chopped Garlic and 2 chopped Green chillies.
  • Next, add 1 finely chopped onion and let everything sauté on medium flame.
  • Add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes. Let it cook.
  • Now, add salt to taste, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder. Mix well.
  • Now, stir and let the tomatoes get soft. As soon as they get soft, add 1/4 cup Frozen Green Peas. Mix well. You can also use Fresh Matar if it’s available.
  • Now, add 2 packets of Maggie masala and mix with 5 tbsp of water. Let the spices roast for a bit.
  • Next, add 2 cups of water. Remember, for 1 packet of Maggie, we will use 1 cup of water, so the ratio of water to Maggie packets should be 1:1.
  • Let the water come to a boil. Then, add the Maggie to the Kadai.
  • Close the lid, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
  • After 5-7 minutes, remove the lid and mix the Maggie.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
  • After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid, mix, and cover the lid again to cook the Maggie for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, remove the lid, and you can see that the Veg Masala Maggie is ready. Pour into a Plate.
  • Now, serve this amazing and delicious Masala Maggi to your kids and see the excitement and happiness on their faces.
