Take 3 tbsp cooking oil in a Kadai. Let it heat on a medium flame.
Once it’s heated, add 1 tbsp chopped Garlic and 2 chopped Green chillies.
Next, add 1 finely chopped onion and let everything sauté on medium flame.
Add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes. Let it cook.
Now, add salt to taste, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder. Mix well.
Now, stir and let the tomatoes get soft. As soon as they get soft, add 1/4 cup Frozen Green Peas. Mix well. You can also use Fresh Matar if it’s available.
Now, add 2 packets of Maggie masala and mix with 5 tbsp of water. Let the spices roast for a bit.
Next, add 2 cups of water. Remember, for 1 packet of Maggie, we will use 1 cup of water, so the ratio of water to Maggie packets should be 1:1.
Let the water come to a boil. Then, add the Maggie to the Kadai.
Close the lid, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
After 5-7 minutes, remove the lid and mix the Maggie.
Add chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid, mix, and cover the lid again to cook the Maggie for 1 minute.
After 1 minute, remove the lid, and you can see that the Veg Masala Maggie is ready. Pour into a Plate.
