Add 200 gm of Paneer into a blender. I’m using Homemade Paneer, the recipe of which is already uploaded on my blog.
Next, add 1 cup of Hung Curd into the blender. This is also the Homemade Hung Curd the recipe of which you can check out for making this Kebab.
Blend to make a smooth and creamy texture.
Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. First, add 3-4 tbsp of dry-roasted Besan. Besan helps with binding the Kebab.
Now, add chopped veggies: onions, Green capsicum, carrot, coriander, ginger, green chili, along with spices such as salt, red chili flakes, chaat masala, kasuri methi, black pepper powder, and garam masala.
Mix everything well. You can check the texture below.
Grease your hands with oil or ghee. Take a spoonful of the mixture in your hands and form a kebab-like shape.
Take a non-stick Pan. Heat a tbsp of Desi Ghee on a low to medium flame.
Now, put the Kebabs into the Pan to cook them properly from both sides.
We will fry the Kebabs properly on both sides until golden brown. In total, you can make 10-12 Kebabs with the given ingredients.
Serve the Kebabs with onions, green chutney, and tomato ketchup.
