Add all the chopped veggiesexcept tomato,onion and capsicum in a pressure cooker.
Add peas, little salt and water as required and cook until four to five whistles.
Take a pan and pour oil, butter. Add cumin and onion and saute it on low to medium flame until it becomes golden brown.
Add capsicum and cook on low flame until it gets soft.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and salt and cover it for few minutes until it gets soft.
Add the spices and water and cover it for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame
Add mashed veggies and mix well.
Add salt, coriander leaves and water and cook the mixture for few minutes.
Take a pan and pour butter and bhaji and cook pav(bread) on it.
Serve with onion and lemon.
