Make delicious and healthy Peanut butter at home with Raw Peanuts, salt, and Honey.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw Peanut
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • To make the Peanut butter, we will take 1 cup of Raw Peanut.
  • Add the raw peanut to the Kadai. Dry Roast it on low to medium flame.
  • Stir continuously. We will roast the peanuts until the outer layer develops cracks and starts leaving it. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  • When it cools down, remove the outer layer.
  • Add the roasted peanuts to a grinding jar.
  • Grind it on pulse mode to get a coarse powder-like consistency.
  • Add ΒΌ tsp salt and 1 tbsp Honey. Honey is just for flavor; you can skip it or add sugar.
  • Now, grind it for 2 minutes continuously.
