Peanut Chaat Recipe

Try this zero oil spicy Peanut Chaat made with roasted peanut, veggies, and spices.

- 1 cup of Raw Peanuts
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 tomato
- Half Cucumber
- Half lemon
- coriander leaves
- 2-3 green chilli
- salt as per taste
- 1 pinch Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Half lemon juice
To make the Peanut Chaat, we will take 1 cup of Raw Peanuts in a Kadai. Dry roast it on low to medium flame. We need it dry roast until the Peanuts get crispy and start to shed the outer layer. Keep it separately in a bowl.
For veggies, we will take the following: 1 medium-sized onion, 1 tomato, half Cucumber, half lemon, some coriander leaves, and 2-3 green chilli.
Chop the veggies finely. We need to chop them into small pieces.
Now, add all the veggies to the bowl. Add salt as per taste, 1 pinch Red Chilli powder, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, and half lemon juice.
The spicy Peanut Chaat is ready now.
