To make Rasmalai Kulfi, take a blender and add 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Next, add 1/2 cup Milkmaid to the jar.
Next, add 1/2 cup full-fat milk to the jar.
Next, add 1 tbsp of normal sugar.
Next, add 2 tbsp chopped cashews, 2 tbsp chopped almonds, and 2 tbsp chopped Pistachios.
Next, add the seeds of 3 green cardamom. Remove the outer layer.
Next, add a pinch of Saffron for a rich flavor.
Blend everything to a nice running consistency. Look, how beautiful the color has turned out.
To set the Kulfi, we will take Kulfi Moulds, pour the Kulfi blend into it, insert the sticks, and refrigerate overnight to set the Kulfi.
Next morning, we will take out the Moulds, and to take them out nicely, just dip them in a glass of water, rub between your palms, and take them out smoothly.
Garnish with your preferred chopped nuts.
