- 800 gm Hung Curd
- 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Saffron Milk
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- Chopped Pista, Nuts, and Dry Rose petals for Garnishing
To make Shrikhand, take Hung curd in a mixing bowl. Make sure to use fresh curd only to make Hung Curd.
Mix it well using a hand whisker.
Add 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp Saffron Milk to the bowl. To make Saffron milk, soak a few saffron strands with warm milk.
Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder to the bowl.
Mix everything well using a hand whisker until you get a creamy texture.
Garnish with Dry Rose Petals, Chopped Pistachios, and Almonds.
