Heat oil in a kadhai/wok on high flame. After the oil is heated, change the flame to medium.
Add cumin, onion. Roast till it becomes soft. Keep stirring.
Add water, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt to taste. Mix well
Once the water is heated, add semolina/rava. Mix well.
Add the grated potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Pour it in a plate and spread it to let it cool.
Grease your hands with oil and prepare a soft dough. Prepare large balls.
Roll it and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a kadhai/wok at medium to high flame. Add a pinch of salt.
Fry and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
