Thandai is a very popular and refrshing drink that is made using nuts, seeds, saffron, rose petals, and milk. It is very healthy and is made during festivals such as Holi.

- 1/4 cup cashew
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds(khas khas)
- 1-2 tbsp pistachios
- 15 rose petals
- 2-3 tbsp melon seeds
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp saffron
- 7-8 cardamom
- 12-15 black pepper
- warm water
- 3 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Take a bowl and add all the dry fruits and spices
Add warm water and leave it for 2-3 hours
Grind it and make a fine paste
Leave 5-6 tbsp paste in the jar. Add 3 cup cold milk in the jar.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and grind it.
Add 3-4 ice cubes in a glass and pour the mixture.
Garnish with pistachios and saffron.
