Add milk in a kadhai/ wok and heat on high flame.
After one boil, turn the flame to low. Stir frequently.
Now take slices of milk bread. Chop it into small pieces.(This is the secret trick to double the amount of Rabdi in less milk)
Grind the pieces and make bread crumbs. keep it aside.
Cook milk on medium to high flame after a boil. Stir frequently.
Once it has reduced to one half, add the breadcrumbs.
Add sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes after adding breadcrumbs.
You can also add cardamom powder and saffron strands.
Thick and Creamy Rabdi is ready.
It will get thicker once it cools down.
