Take 1 liter of milk in a pot, take 1/2 cup milk out of it for now and keep the milk pot aside.
Take a grinding jar and add soaked almonds, cashew, cardamom powder, saffron strands, custard powder(vanilla flavor) and 12-15 rose petals.
Add 1/2 cup milk and grind it to make a fine and smooth paste free of lumps. Keep the mixture aside.
Take the milk pot and boil it on high flame. After 1 boil, turn the flame to medium.
Add the custard mixture and cook on low to medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add sugar and cook until you get the perfect consistency. If you like it thicker, add 1 more tbsp of custard powder.
Let it cool and then refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Garnish with rose petals and chopped almonds.
Pour in a glass and garnish with pistachios, saffron, almonds and rose petals. Enjoy
