To make Veg Omlette, take ½ cup Gram Flour and 1/4 cup Refined Flour in a mixing bowl.
For veggies, chop and add the following: 1 medium-sized onion, 2 green chilli, and 1 tbsp coriander leaves. You can also add other veggies as per your liking.
Add 1 tsp Cumin and salt as per taste to the bowl.
Start adding water and use a hand whisker to prepare a paste just like we do while making an Egg Omlette.
The consistency should be slightly thick and not runny.
Heat a Pan and add butter or ghee. Spread it evenly. Now, pour two big spoonfuls of batter on the Pan. Let it cook for a bit.
Pour some butter and flip to the other side. Apply butter on the sides as well. Let it cook.
Flip and cook both sides evenly.
Serve with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney. Enjoy the delicious Veg Omlette.
