Veg Omelette Recipe: Eggless Omelette

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 cup Refined Flour
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • salt
  • Butter/Ghee

Instructions
 

  • To make Veg Omlette, take ½ cup Gram Flour and 1/4 cup Refined Flour in a mixing bowl.
  • For veggies, chop and add the following: 1 medium-sized onion, 2 green chilli, and 1 tbsp coriander leaves. You can also add other veggies as per your liking.
  • Add 1 tsp Cumin and salt as per taste to the bowl.
  • Start adding water and use a hand whisker to prepare a paste just like we do while making an Egg Omlette.
  • The consistency should be slightly thick and not runny.
  • Heat a Pan and add butter or ghee. Spread it evenly. Now, pour two big spoonfuls of batter on the Pan. Let it cook for a bit.
  • Pour some butter and flip to the other side. Apply butter on the sides as well. Let it cook.
  • Flip and cook both sides evenly.
  • Serve with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney. Enjoy the delicious Veg Omlette.
